Create an individual role

If the standard SMACC roles are not enough for you, you can easily create your own roles.

Create a individual role

  1. Open the company settings (main menu/client).
  2. Select Roles
  3. Click +Add
  4. Give the individual role a unique name (Example “trainee approver”)
  5. Select the rights you want your individual user to have
  6. Click Save

My new individual role “Trainee approver” is not allowed to delete documents, edit supplier profiles or view payment transactions.
He is allowed to upload and approve documents, as well as to view upload mail addresses.
